At Mezyena Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every piece we sell and offer a clear, fair return process.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Free from signs of wear, perfume, or damage
- In its original packaging (if applicable)
To initiate a return, please contact us at mezyenasamra@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Contact us at mezyenasamra@gmail.com to request an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at mezyenasamra@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
