Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United States & Canada: 8–18 business days
  • Europe (UK, France, Germany, etc.): 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders as shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through the tracking link provided.

Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We declare all packages at their full commercial value as required by law.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  • Contact us at mezyenasamra@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved

We will do our best to resolve the situation. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mezyena Jewelry is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mezyenasamra@gmail.com — we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
